CEO replacement
Board members have filled the hospital’s top administrative position with a familiar face. Former St. John’s Medical Center CEO Pam Maples Maher will take the helm again as interim leader of the community hospital, trustees announced Tuesday, 12 days after the board fired Jim Schuessler.
Foster families needed
Lisa and Jeff Allen, who moved to Moose in December from California, are the valley’s only state-certified foster care family. They’re the only ones in Teton County who can take in a child whose parents aren’t able to care for them because of a criminal charge or pending investigation. Without more, such children must be sent out of the valley.
