LOTOJA death
The Wyoming Highway Patrol report chronicles the investigation into Rob Verhaaren’s fatal crash during last fall’s 206-mile bike race from Logan, Utah, to Teton Village. Though Verhaaren died, the Wyoming Transportation Department does not count the wreck as a traffic fatality.
