Candidate Forum: Land Use
Tuesday, October 9, 2012
6:00 PM – 8:00 PM
The August primary has ended and we now have four candidates for County Commissioner and four candidates for Town Council. Now it is time to start asking questions and learning more about what each of these candidates would do if elected.
The Jackson Hole Conservation Alliance is hosting the valley's first ever candidate forum focused on key issues in land use and development. Having approved the 2012 Comprehensive Plan in May, the next big steps have to do with changes to Land Use Regulations. What are land use regulations (LDR)? How do candidates want to see the valley develop? Jackson Town Council and Teton County Commission candidate will be answering questions from land use experts and the public. Join us to ask your candidates for public office to weigh in on current and future land use issues in the valley.
Generously sponsored by the Wyoming Conservation Voters Education Fund.
