Reoccurs every Tue for 20 weeks starting on 11/06/2012
Join Ainslie Fagan Tuesdays from 5:00 – 6:00 p.m. for a ski fitness yoga class. This class will use yoga poses and focus on areas of the body used in skiing or snowboarding.
The poses chosen will strengthen and stretch your body to keep you skiing or riding strong and with less injury or pain.
Wear comfy clothes and be prepared to sweat!
