Join Shoshana Kobrin Tuesdays from 6:00 – 7:15 p.m. for some therapeutic yoga. Although all yoga is therapeutic, this class will focus on the specific therapeutic needs of the students in the class as well as the central needs of the spine, core, shoulders, and hips. This is a slower vinyasa-style class in which full breathing is emphasized with fewer poses that are held for longer durations to achieve a more calming effect to the nervous system and allow muscular tension to release.
