Express From Within: An Energy Art Class Tuesday, January 29, 2013 6:00 PM – 8:30 PM Express From Within: An Energy Art Class will be held from 6 to 8:30 p.m. Jan. 29.
Find your inner voice through intuitive free art expression. In this art class open to all, you will create from within and begin an art journal through energetically led exercises. Meditation and Reiki energy facilitated by Lyndsay McCandless and Laura Garrard will guide you to select your art tools, choose your colors and identify emotions to express. You will also produce a finished piece, a unique visual representation of the "present you," encouraged by energetic opening.
