Reoccurs every Wed for 2 weeks starting on 02/20/2013
A set sequence of poses that will help increase flexibility, strengthen muscles and detox. A great workout for someone who wants to prevent injury and increase sports performance. All levels welcome. Taught by Lisa Hadley and Chelsea Robinson.
