A backcountry skier caught in an avalanche on Jackson Peak Sunday remained in the hospital Monday.

Scott Dixon, 32, of Teton Valley, Idaho, was listed in good condition in St. John’s Medical Center’s primary care unit, hospital spokeswoman Karen Connelly said.
