Grizzly bear 399 comes out with four cubs


Steve Franklin and hundreds of other wildlife photographers and people passing by were delighted to see the 24-year-old grizzly bear sow known as 399 on Monday. May 18 was the opening day for summer visitors into the interior parts of Grand Teton National Park.
