Hypocrisy on mental health?

I commend Kerry Drake for his opinion piece in the Jackson Hole Daily on May 17 [“Wyo. must address K-12 mental health needs now”]. He points out that the state Legislature refused to pass a bill that would greatly expand the availability of mental health services to everyone in Wyoming. Apparently, the legislators who voted against this bill don’t feel it is necessary to spend state money for that purpose.
