The Chalk Festival, created and organized by The Center for the Arts' creative initiative director Oona Doherty, executed its second year. This past Friday from 5:00-6:00 p.m. marked the culmination of a week's worth chalking and a celebration for all of the artists who donated their time to create beautiful designs on the sidewalk.
