The largest building in Teton Village, Four Seasons Resort and Residences Jackson Hole, has changed hands to the tune of $315 million — in cash.

Real estate investment trust Host Hotels & Resorts announced its purchase of the approximately 400,000-square-foot resort on Thursday.
