A man in his skivvies was charged with battery after his hotel neighbor accused him of some hallway pushing and shoving Friday night. Officers responded, and the man answered the door but got back in bed. The 25-year-old was cited for battery.

A 31-year-old Worthing, England, man was arrested Friday night around 10:30 for continuing to return to the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar after being told to leave. The man fell in front of officers and was too drunk to remember where he was staying, so police arrested him for public intoxication. He blew a 0.281%.

Another 31-year-old man from England was arrested Friday night after he was found passed out in a running car with his foot on the brake. The man’s passenger was also passed out, and their rental car was in the middle of the road, police said. The man was arrested for DUI.

Someone ran over a stop sign and an electrical box at 1:30 a.m. Saturday. Someone who lives nearby heard the loud commotion and called police. Officers are still investigating the collision.

At 2 a.m. Saturday officers stopped a man for going the wrong way down a one-way street. Police recognized the man from earlier in the night when he was being carried by friends out of the Million Dollar Cowboy Bar. The 40-year-old Juneau, Alaska, resident was arrested for DUI after blowing 0.11%.

A 33-year-old Aspen, Colorado, woman was arrested Sunday around 11 p.m. after officers saw her stumbling down the sidewalk. The woman was trying to get back to her hotel but was walking in the wrong direction. She was arrested for public intoxication.

A man called 911 on Thursday to report that someone had thrown a microwave at him. The suspect was drunk and left the hotel room the two were sharing. Officers caught up with him, and the man was so drunk he didn’t realize he had left the hotel. No one was hurt, but the 39-year-old Jackson man was arrested for public intoxication.

On Jan. 29 at 11 p.m. a man was stopped by the Teton County Sheriff’s Office for going 67 mph in a 45 zone. The man refused to do a breath test, and results for his blood alcohol level are pending. The 25-year-old Jackson man was arrested for DUI.

On Jan. 31 at 11:30 p.m. deputies stopped a Casper man on Highway 89 north of town for a driving complaint. The 26-year-old man collided with a snowbank and hit the roundabout at Gros Ventre Junction. The man said he was on his phone when he wrecked. He was charged with DUI, no insurance and reckless driving.

On Feb. 1 at 11:40 p.m. on Highway 22 at Spring Gulch a 38-year-old Minnesota man was stopped for going 53 mph in a 45 zone. There was a strong odor of marijuana coming from the car, Teton County sheriff’s Sgt. Clay Platt said. A K9 alerted on the car, and deputies found a small bag of methamphetamine. They also found THC wax and a plastic pill bottle with oxycodone in it. He was charged with possession in pill, crystal and plant form. He was also charged with trying to take drugs into the jail.
