A man passed out behind the wheel of his idling truck Friday morning. Officers noticed him at 3:15 a.m. while out doing winter parking enforcement. The 39-year-old blew .222%. He was arrested for DUI.

Marijuana was found in a Washington man’s bag while he was going through TSA screening at the Jackson Hole Airport on Friday. He said he forgot the pot was in his suitcase because it’s legal where he lives. Officers took the marijuana for destruction but didn’t cite the man because the “quantity was small.”

Officers stopped a car Friday night for not having any license plates. The 18-year-old Riverton man was cited for possession of a controlled substance after a police dog found marijuana in the car.

Teenagers are accused of breaking a mirror at a business around 1:45 a.m. Saturday. The Jackson Police Department didn’t release the name of the business but said officers are working to obtain surveillance video to identify the teens.

A 31-year-old Jackson man was arrested for DUI at 1:15 Sunday morning after officers say they caught him going 41 in a 25 zone.

Officers arrested a man for DUI Thursday at 1:30 a.m. after he crashed his car into a snowbank. The 23-year-old “did poorly” on field sobriety tests, police said.

A couple was kicked out of a hotel at 2 a.m. Thursday because they had previously been told they weren’t welcome there. Officers ticketed the 25-year-old man and woman for trespassing. Police didn’t say why the couple was banned from the hotel.

Officers are investigating a burglary that was reported around 2 a.m. on Thursday. No other information was released.

Police were called Jan. 8 because a man was screaming and knocking on doors on Millward. He tried to get into one house and the residents pushed him out, police said. Officers located the man whose friends were trying to get him to his room but he was reportedly too drunk to stand or answer questions. Officers arrested the 24-year-old Jackson man for public intoxication but took him to St. John’s Health before booking because he blew a .337%.

On Jan. 7, officers were called to a home to assist a guardian with a juvenile who was causing problems. They ran a dog through the 14-year-old’s room and cited him for possession of marijuana and tobacco products.

The Teton County Sheriff’s Office worked seven ice- and snow-related crashes between Jan. 6 and Jan. 13. Most of them were minor and there were no injuries.

Someone lost a Samsung cellphone while skiing at Jackson Hole Mountain Resort. If you find it you’re asked to call the Teton County Sheriff’s Office.

A high school student reported AirPods stolen on Jan. 6. The school resource officer is looking into it.
