Judge James Radda will be retiring as the Circuit Court Judge in the Ninth Judicial District, but he’ll be replaced by another valley resident.

Radda’s resignation, set to take effect March 2, was sent Oct. 12 to Gov. Mark Gordon and Wyoming Supreme Court Justice Kate Fox. Radda was appointed in August 2010 and has served as the Circuit Court Judge for 12 years. Before that, he worked as a deputy prosecuting attorney in Teton County before moving into civil work for the county attorney’s office.
