Airport parking, shuttle

As Jackson Hole Airport and other Teton County officials begin planning for an airport shuttle service, the airport is looking to increase parking prices. But whether the shuttle will come to fruition is uncertain.

Bob McLaurin is no stranger to an earful.

The former town manager is a member of the Jackson Hole Airport Board, having just stepped down as its president. He knows that people are looking for a cheap, reliable way to get to and from their flights.

Sure there’s issue. After all, the airport sold off the parking lots to the car rental companies. And when Turley says there’s no profit motive, it’s hard not to belly-laugh.
