Changes are coming to Teton County's mask order.
The Teton County Health Department has announced that starting Tuesday, the countywide mask order will be stricter. Originally, the order covered businesses like retail establishments, but the update will cover pretty much all businesses and nonprofits, any entity that employs and engages workers and volunteers.
"This includes office spaces where the public does not normally enter," the Health Department said in a press release.
When the order goes into effect Tuesday, since it will also cover office spaces, even those without customers, employees will be required to wear masks any time they are within 6 feet of a co-worker.
Masks will also be required in all town of Jackson and Teton County buildings, and the order will be expanded to include all residents above 12 years old (the old minimum was 18).
