Jackson Hole High School and Summit Innovations School culinary instructor Molly Matthaei is this year’s Teton County School District Teacher of the Year.

“I came from the restaurant industry to the classroom,” Matthaei said. “I have the drive to do things in the classroom and see how far we can push things. If they — the administration or students — say yes, then I will do it.
