Political signs

Dueling political signs within 50 yards of each other are posted along the perimeter of Skyline Ranch facing Highway 22.

Talking to self-identified Democrats in Teton County reveals a chameleon of a voting block.

That’s no surprise under the conditions.

Hageman vs. Cheney

Harriet Hageman, left, has criticized U.S. Rep. Liz Cheney’s involvement with the House select committee investigating the circumstances surrounding the Jan. 6, 2021, riot at the U.S. Capitol by hundreds of supporters of then-President Donald Trump. Hageman also has echoed the former president’s false claims that the 2020 election was fraudulent. Cheney, right, has courted Democrats in Wyoming to switch parties in order to vote in the Republican primary in an attempt to fend off a challenge from Hageman, who has Trump’s endorsement.
