Construction of the Grove, a 68-unit affordable housing development near Teton County Library, is three months ahead of schedule and appears to be on budget.

Teton County commissioners learned that Monday at a presentation from Christine Walker, the former director of the Teton County Housing Authority and the authority representative for the project.
