As the snowline begins to recede uphill and the valley begins to turn greener, our thoughts begin to transition toward summertime outdoor pursuits, putting away the skis, maybe, and getting out the bikes, boats and hiking boots. But before we leave spring behind for good, I have a few more notes to share about this past April’s weather. Then we can look forward to what might be in store for the summer of 2023. Emphasis on the word “might.”

April was cold and wet
