Team Bollinger

Dawn & Bruce Bollinger

Bruce and Dawn Bollinger are the newest real estate agents in town.

As longtime locals — and former owners of now-gone MacPhail’s Burgers — the husband-wife duo have begun a new venture to help people on both sides of Teton Pass.

Bruce, who is currently working on the Jackson side, brings with him more than three decades of business experience, and Dawn, who is working on the Idaho side, is full of financial expertise. Together they’re offering a full-service real estate experience tailored to your needs and goals.

“We’re trying to bring our skill set, customer service experience from our restaurant and our business skill set, to help people find the right home or land,” Bruce said. “Or help people make the profit they want from selling their home.”

From listing to staging to marketing to finance, the pair understands every aspect of the real estate process, as well as how to make it both simple and beneficial for clients.

“I won’t be an agent that lists the property and says goodbye,” Bruce stated. “We have a bunch of tools we use.”

Bruce aid that the couple had the idea to join forces for a while, but the timing was never right, until now. With MacPhail’s sold and an ability to work on both sides of the pass, he said they have combined the best ways to do this.

On the buying front, he said the pair excel in communicating and negotiating, customer service and getting what people want. On the selling end, he said they both excel at listening to people and trying to get them what they need out of their home to sell it.

Bruce said both he and Dawn promise a personalized approach, marketing help and negotiation skills.

“Team Bollinger is ready to serve you,” he said. “We’re exceedingly experienced in business, very well educated and full of expertise.”
