Sure, it’s a cliche, but “things don’t always work out as you planned” is certainly a saying the Peacock family of Jackson can relate to this week.
Annika Peacock, 20, a 2021 Jackson Hole High School graduate and current Brigham Young University student, will board a plane today with her mother, Nola, bound for Europe and the adventure of a lifetime.
