Iris Scott puts the finishing touches on her canvas after completing her piece for the Fall Arts Festival's 2017 QuickDraw Art Sale & Auction at Town Square. At this year's event, set to take place at 9 a.m. on Sept. 14, artists will have 90 minutes to finish a piece, which will be immediately sold at auction.

Make your way to Town Square by 9 a.m. today to see a slew of artists furiously creating masterpieces in a short 90 minutes at the QuickDraw Art Sale and Auction.

When time is up, the pieces will be auctioned off, including pieces created by featured artists John Simms (and his red bison statues) and Kathryn Mapes Turner (with her ethereal equine painting, "Of Earth and Wind").

While you're at the QuickDraw, swing by the News&Guide tent where we'll be handing out the final copies of our Fall Arts Festival special section.

Several galleries are hosting receptions following the event, including Astoria Fine ArtMountain Trails Art Gallery and Rare Gallery. The Jackson Hole Fine Art Fair is also still poppin', and galleries are prepping for the festival closer, the Art Brunch Gallery Walk, on Sunday.

Enjoy the final two days of the 35th annual festival.
