Local reporters and editors want to hear readers' questions and ideas at Pitches and Pints, Thursday at the Roadhouse Brewing Company's taproom on Gregory Lane.

The Jackson Hole News&Guide is inviting the community to join reporters and editors for a happy hour this evening at the Roadhouse Brewery Taproom at 1225 Gregory Lane.

From 5 to 7 p.m, readers can bring their story ideas and questions about community news – or just stop by to talk with reporters and editors about the craft of journalism.

The first 10 people to arrive will receive a free pint.

The informal event follows on the heels of the News&Guide's Coffee with an Editor series.

"Although you probably see reporters and photographers out in the community," Editor Johanna Love said, "this event allows newsroom members to engage with residents in a relaxed manner. Ask us questions, pitch us stories. We want to hear how you think we're doing and what kinds of articles you want to read."
