Jackson Police Department

Police are looking for a home intruder after a man reported to police that he and his girlfriend noticed several misplaced personal items in her West Jackson residence and found a sexually explicit note by her door.

The Jackson Police Department investigations unit is working on the case, according to a release.

Lt. Ruschill said he encourages Jackson residents to lock their homes at night, even though Jackson remains relatively safe.

Police may offer a reward to people who can contribute information about the event. They encourage residents to contact Jackson Crimestoppers at 307-733-5148 or the Jackson Police Department at 307-733-2331.
