The Teton Pines Nordic Center is open.

Downhill isn't the only game in town.

The Teton Pines Nordic Center is open and ready for skinny-skis aficionados.

“We have a great base,” said Cody Downard, who operates the Nordic Center. “Skate skiing is good. Classic skiing is good.

“Keep your fingers crossed for more snow, and we’ll keep building the base that we have.”

A season pass costs $225, and a punch pass costs $140.

On Dec. 21 the Nordic Center will once again host the Santa’s Relays event. Keep an eye on TetonPinesNordicCenter.com or JHNordic.com for details.
