At the Soroptimists' Christmas Tree Festival at the Virginian Lodge, the "Bells and Berries" tree, decorated by Annika Puchalski, fetched a festival record of $1,000 during the auction. The Soroptimists estimated the festival would raise than $10,000 for the hospital's mammogram unit, the Latino Resource Center and other programs.
