David Coulter

Longtime resident David Clark Coulter died peacefully May 14 in his home in Lake Havasu City, Arizona. He was 72.

His family provided the following.

Dave was born in Hamilton, Ohio, on Aug. 2, 1947. He served in the Marines from 1966 to 1972. After his military service he worked at Imerson Aviation at Jackson Hole Airport, Nelson Engineering, and the RJ Bar in Jackson.

His employment at the Teton County Sheriff’s Office spanned 35 years in various titles.

He retired from the Sheriff’s Office in 2013.

After retirement, Dave worked as security in Teton Pines. In 2015 he was diagnosed with pulmonary issues that required his leaving Jackson for a lower altitude.

Dave and his wife, Arlene Gauthier, a 35-year-employee at Gifts of the Earth, moved to their new home in Lake Havasu City.
