Bruce Springer

Former Jackson resident Bruce Springer died peacefully Thursday in Cashton, Wisconsin. He was 78.

His family provided the following.

In 1984 Bruce moved his family to Jackson from St. Paul, Minnesota. He and wife Judy became the owners of Christmas in Jackson Hole in the Pink Garter Plaza.

In the early 1990s Bruce obtained his real estate license and worked for Real Estate of Jackson Hole for many years. He turned his hobby of cooking into a business, later creating the Jackson Hole Pancake Company from his own recipes. He and Judy sold cinnamon geyser and gingerbread mixes every Saturday at the Farmers Market.

Bruce is survived by his wife of 53 years, Judy; son Matt (Greta); and his two grandchildren, Walter and Frances.
